Unlike our main Gowanus location, The Den does not offer regularly scheduled classes through IncrediPole Gowanus. Besides rentals, we will offer a limited number of Open Pole sessions, similar to what’s available at Gowanus.
At The Den, you rent the space by the hour and use it according to your needs. For instructors offering classes or private lessons, this model gives you full control over pricing, marketing, scheduling, and the creative aspects of your work.
Operating on a pay-to-use basis means that you only pay for the time you spend in the space, whether you’re dancing, stretching, or simply relaxing while waiting for others. It’s that straightforward! And if availability allows, you can extend your time during your session.

The Den offers various lighting options to suit your needs. During the day, natural light fills the space through our floor-to-ceiling windows. For artificial lighting, you can choose from daylight-balanced overhead white lights or color-changing LED panels located on the floor and near the ceiling. These panels are set up with four zone options, allowing you to light up the entire space or select one or two zones for a subtle touch of color.
The Den is equipped with two Sonos speakers, already paired with our in-house iPad. Alternatively, you can connect and play music from your own device via AirPlay.
The Den features a full wall of mirrors. We provide alcohol spray bottles and towels for your convenience, as well as one crash mat. Please note that the Den does not supply yoga mats, blocks, knee pads, or other training accessories. We recommend bringing your own for your session.
